As soon as you have a date in mind — especially for weekends and holiday season. We book up quickly. A deposit secures your date. For private events, 3–6 weeks ahead is the general rule. Recurring bar nights can often be set up faster. Call to check availability.

A deposit holds your date — full payment is due day-of. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, personal check, and invoice. No surprises, no hidden fees — you'll know the full amount before you commit.

The more context the better: your venue name and location, the event type you have in mind (trivia, game show, comedy, DJ, etc.), approximate date, expected headcount, and any specific goals. Not sure on all of it? That's fine — we'll figure it out together on the call.

Standard trivia and bingo nights need minimal setup. Live Game Shows and Comedy events do require a designated performance area with adequate electricity — we'll walk you through exactly what's needed when you book. We handle all equipment, materials, and setup ourselves.
