 Cancellation policy: should the person or organization booking the show decide to cancel it with less than a 60 days notice to Genopalooza productions LLC except in the case of natural disasters such as fire, flood, snowstorm, tornado or pandemic, that person or organization agrees to pay Genopalooza productions LLC. The full amount and deposits are non refundable. 

**Disputes**

Any dispute related to your use of this website is subject to the laws of New Jersey, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
